Quick toasted oats

A simple, wholesome toasted oats recipe that’s crunchy, lightly sweet, and full of natural goodness. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Woolworths Rolled Oats
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 30 ml chia seeds
  • 30 ml breakfast seed mix
  • 45 ml honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 150℃
  • In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined
  • Line a flat baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared sheet
  • Bake slowly for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even baking, until the granola turns light brown
  • For the sweeter tooth, drizzle extra honey before eating
  • Enjoy with any yogurt or fresh fruit for a delicious and balanced snack or breakfast
