Quick toasted oats
A simple, wholesome toasted oats recipe that’s crunchy, lightly sweet, and full of natural goodness. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack!
- 2 cups Woolworths Rolled Oats
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 30 ml chia seeds
- 30 ml breakfast seed mix
- 45 ml honey
Preheat the oven to 150℃
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined
Line a flat baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray
Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared sheet
Bake slowly for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even baking, until the granola turns light brown
For the sweeter tooth, drizzle extra honey before eating
Enjoy with any yogurt or fresh fruit for a delicious and balanced snack or breakfast
